Should I Sue My School? (Anyone Can Answer)?

It all started in February last year at the LOSSA Wrestling tournament.

I had a match against a strong guy, that made a huge mistake. During the match, he accidentally executed the throw wrong, and ended up falling on my head. My coach came over to me while i was hurt, lying on the mat with a pounding headache. He asked me "Do you want me to stop the match!?" "No" I said. I got my revenge by winning the match against him fairly. I continued with 2 matches afterward and won 4th place. But, thats not the issue.

A few weeks later, I had constant headaches and dizziness. My mom told my coach that I have to stop wrestling until we figured out what was wrong. But, I continued weight training, running, and vigorous workout routines. I visited many doctors and one said "its psychosematic, nothing is wrong with you, go back to school!" Others said "its vertigo and migraine, you need rest".

Unfortunately, its been too long, and I want to go back to school. So, I visited a neurologist, and she diagnosed me with 'post concussion syndrome' (which is a lingering concussion). She said it was because I continued with the vigorous exercises along with gym class, and sports with friends. Still, thats not the main issue.

My biggest area of concern is that my mom was angry with how the rude doctor i mentioned treated me. He did no analysation, and asked little questions. He forced me to stand-in my weakened state- and grabbed me into the analysation room, moved his hands around, and put pieces of tissue in my eyes. The analysation that the neurologist did was nothing like this. So, my mom filed a lawsuit against him, but they say that it is also the school's fault. They need to sue both the school, and the doctor. Is this the right thing to do? I don't want the school sued since the Vice Principal has been so kind to me and even ordered a home school teacher for me. Although, I wish to leave the school, (since I want to start fresh, and meet better students at a different school) I want to leave on good terms.

Please help, I need to know. Sorry for making this so long. Thanks!
