lost? what should i do? I got in a car accident In November of 2009 the car was a total loss my insurance already send a check to the bank but my gap insurance is taking for ever its been about 2 months now and they still haven't send the rest of the money to the bank i have been sending payments to the bank for the pass 3 months that's about $1500 and i need to make another payment by the end of this month. Do i get that money back?
