should I stay or should I go?

Hello, I have a intraosseous hemangioma in the body of my C7.
It is 15mm. In 1996 it was 4 mm. Should I go see a surgeon
or just leave it be? It causes me pain and mild neuropathy in my
hanRAB. I also have mild facet disease at C6-C7.
Any feedback would be helpful because I am at a loss as to what
I should do?

I would suggest you speak to a neurosurgeon, especially if it's causing you pain and is quite large.
