I can either do swimming or do something to do with the gymmm?
I did swimming for a year but because I was doing my black belt in karate, i gave up for a year. Now I have it should I join a gym or start swimming?
they both cost around the same price yearly.
The only problem I have is that im only a small build... if I join the gym... will I put on weight?
