I was rear-ended about 3 days ago and was sent to the hospital via ambulance for neck and back pain. I have talked to the other drivers insurance and they are being very cooperative but I'm not sure what to do from here. I am still having bad neck cramps and pains. Should i get a lawyer or just settle?
