Well I'm wrapping up my child custody case and have listed my estranged husband's (which we are divorcing right now) mistress as the person who is not allowed around my children. Should I also ask the court to send her a copy of the order or even ask a Sheriff to serve her with it? (we live in different states)
I communicated with my estranged husband and he kind of got pissed off...I don't know if it's because he has not told her about it.
I wasn't thinking of putting her name there until I saw her post a baby's pic on a social networking site. The baby also had a gun sitting on his lap and she thought it was cute enough to post.
