should I sell ipod touch 2g for 4g?

Hi i have an ipod touch 2g and i want to sell mine for a 4g should I.......I mean I have a camera and a microphone for my ipod touch.......Anyways please tell me if there is a way to trade in my 2g for a 4g and pay the difference and please tell me whats the difference between the 2g and the 4g (I know It has a Camera). Tell me should I? Thank you
