Should i see a doctor??.?/?

yesterday i slipped and fell at work. when i fell, i hit my head on the stone floor. i don't think i had any blurred vision afterwards, i got up right away (mostly because it was so embarrassing), and i didn't throw up after or anything like that. this morning the left side of my neck really hurts and it sometimes hurts a little bit into my back. i can definitely feel that the back of my head has a pretty large bruise on it and sometimes it hurts when i move my jaw in certain directions. should i go to the doctor or should i just ice my head and neck? any help would be much appreciated!
