Should I run the same day I have a basketball game?

Normally I run like 3 miles a day, but if I were to run like for 20 minutes at like 7 mph would that be fine or should I not run the same day I have a game?
 
Nope, A Day Or 2 Before Will Be Fine, Why Tire Yourself Out The Same Day, Maybe Light Jogging
 
Yeah at least 10-15 min of cardio...get your heart moving so it doesn't freak out when you start playing...jump rope or something or just do a 10 min jog.
 
Dont run....it will tire you up even if you dont feel it right away. Get a nice good stretch instead. Warm up spotting for shots or doing a little defensive drill. But stretching is the most important one. If you wanna jog then dont do over 10 mins or you will feel it early in the game.
 
Don't run the same day you have gme beacuse you don't won't to wear your body out. Run the day after.
