Should I run or bike today?

Ok so Im training to get ready for volleyball. I ran 1.75miles and did a bunch of exercises yesterday, and my original plan was to one day run, one day bike, but i feel likw i should run. btw im very sore. should i just run to get over the soreness?
 
Try a really easy ride today, no hills or anything, just keep your legs moving at a steady clip for around 30 minutes. It will help you recover faster and it works your muscles in a different way from running. Your muscles will get a light workout and you will get an improved recovery time. Remember to stretch well before and after.
