FRESHMAN year in high school i did cross country and it was the first time i ever did a sport. I wasn't very good at it in fact my usual 3 mile time was around 27:30 ( i was not on varsity)
In the Spring i did track and mostly did the 800 meter run where i'd get a time of 3:20 minutes ( i think my best was 3:15 ) On the day of conference i was put in the 2 mile run for the first time and i did around 14:07 . the whole time i was right behind my friend who was a senior, i was very proud of myself! ( i was on varsity)

SOPHMORE year i did xc and track again. That year was very GOOD! throughout the year i would get times of 21-22 minutes for 3 miles! at conference i got top ten which makes you a Conference Champ! ( i got number ten) ( i was on varsity)
During track i did the 2 mile and i would get around 13:45 and i never got a 14 that year. At conference i did a 13:23 =D ( i was on varsity)

JUNIOR year was the worst year . In cross country i was not able to compete the first race because of a groin injury (VERY PAINFUL). i took a week off and then raced again. throughtout the season my grion still hurt and on conference i got 13th place went to regionals, and sectionals still with grion pain. (i was on varsity)
Track came and i trained for it during the winter but hurt my groin again so i stopped then the track season actaully started and it still hurt then it left. however before we had our first competition i got hip bursitis and sciatic nerve pain and was out the whole indoor season. Outdoor season came and i was finally running again but i was only able to compete for 5 meets which i did the 800m 3 times and the 2 mile twice. my times were not good. i don;t remeber my 800 but the last one i did was 3 minutes. adn my 2 mile time was about 14 something. I was not ready or good enough to compete in conference or at sectionals

Now it's the summer leading into my senior year and idk if i should run in college. i still have hip bursitis and sciatic nerve pain when i run, even when i don't run! i dont want to be finished with this sport and i don't think i'm self motiviated enought to compete in college either? =[
