I take a bike route a couple times a day and I usually go around it two times. Now what I need to know is when I go around the first time, should I sprint (hehe I'm using running terminology here)? Or should I go slow on my first time around then should I sprint?
Thanks!

The route is around my neighborhood. I'm not sure how long it is, but it is kind of long. If I were riding about a middle speed, it would probably take me 25-30 minutes for each lap, and I ride 2 laps. So for my first lap around should I ride pretty fast the first time then for my second lap take it slow, or should I do it reverse and use my first lap as a warm-up?
Thanks!
