cost? this weekend my belt broke. I replaced it with anew one and yesterday I was driving and felt the power steering tighten but then it was ok again. I checked under the hood and noticed the belt was half way off the harmonic balancer and the harmonic balancer is not in line with the rest of the pulleys? I also noticed that it had worn one of the teeth off of the belt already.
