i'm a 15 year old boy, and i just learned that doing the same work-outs every day can be counterproductive. every night, i do 25-35 pushups, 25 A-frame pushups, then a bicep routine consisting of about 25 total reps (8 lbs.) -- nothing too strenuous
i also do 50 situps and 75 bicycles.
can i repeat this every night? if not, can i alternate pieces different nights? thanks
