my husband and i own a house since january 2006 and we have a 30 year FHA loan with a 5.75% interest, we had a great credit score.
our monthly payment 1376 dollars and it seems too high for us now since i started working part time after having a baby, so my question is should we refinance if we can get a better ineterest and or you think there is no better interest rate at this time?
we don't want variable rate, we just want a lower monthly payment. thanks
