I tested about a month and a half ago, and got 3 BFN. I went for a check up and they diagnosed me with low blood sugar. My left breast has been hurting off and on (like a dull pain) I have had a couple random cramps and alot of gas. I lost weight and now im gaining it and im really bloated. i had a lower back ache and now im really tired, but sleepless at times. But i have had a "period" except it was lighter and painless...i would forget i even had it at times. I havnt had a blood test but wat else could all these symptoms indicate ...what do you think?
