should i quit my football team?

im in highschool and my team is decent..coaching is pathetic and a lot of my friends recently quit because the coach bought some of the seniors new chinstraps and cleats exc. with the booster money tht we just collected..this is my first year, im good player but im not getting noticed worth squat and they dont give the new ppl a chance..its not very fun we have 4 hour practices after school and im worn out and starving to death..but i do love football
 
don't quit because coaching is pathetic. perhaps you could change that! =)

it will pay off soon
