I'm in the process of building my photography website but the problem is I don't know what song ? Then also some people say its cheseey or its not a blog but I think it depends on the person ? So should I put it on or not ?
Nothing annoys me more than clicking on a web site and being forced to listen to the owner's choice of music.Quite often there isn't an easily found ability to shut it off and as a result I immediately click off the web site. And also, as Perki pointed out, songs are protected by copyright so you will have to take that into consideration if you do decide to put a song there. If I were you though I'd completely avoid putting any music of any kind on your site.
First and foremost, consider the copyright laws when using music (just as you would wish your rights respected). Personally, I don't like people imposing their musical tastes upon me, but if it can be switched off at my will, I can appreciate that.
