I'm trying to perfect my electric guitar shredding technique. More precisely, I'm working on the song Stratosphere by Stratovarius (nuff said). Should I press hard on the strings when trying to hit those clean notes at lightning fast speed or should I keep my hand light?
From what I understand, the picking hand should always pluck hard, but what about the other hand?
