This is our first garden. The temperature is supposed to get down to 35 degrees tonight and supposed to frost. Should I bring everything in or will it be okay? We have watermelon, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and onions.

Good morning

I am happy to see another first time gardener.

Not one plant on your list will survive temperatures that low. The carrot tops, tomato plants, watermelon, and cucumbers will all have a white film on them. All of your plants are finish for the growing season. Go and pick them.

I have been gardening for over forty years. I am positive most gardeners would agree with me.
