I was arrested sometime last year for failure to show up in court.A bond of 15,000 was posted . . was able to get a bondsman to accept two percent upfront.And 50 dollar payment bi-weelky . . . I went to court on my court date and i was discharged and acquitted of my traffic fines.I havent made a payment to the bondsman in 4weeks . . and he just started calling me again for payment even though he knew that i dont have to pay.Am i obligated to him? Do i have to pay him at all anymore?He been threatning to put me in jail . . . .
Should i pay my bonds balance when ive been discharged in court?
