im currently looking into moving to france form america to be a chef...im going to have 2-4 years of experiance in college..and will have a nice ol work visa in my pockett plzzzzz help france or aussie?

If you are fresh out of College you will get ripped so hard in France by every chef, even the lowest of low cooks will rip you to pieces. If you don't speak French, it will be almost impossible to work a line or pass. I did a staage in France for 2 weeks and it was crazy difficult, but tolerable since I speak french and had 5 years experience on a fine dining line before I went. In other words, being fresh out of college with little experience in the real world of cooking I would stay in the USA and gain experience before going anywhere else.
