Hi there, i'm 19 years old
I work full time at a stable job in Manhattan making 40k/yearly...before taxes roughly 800 after about 525 (i file a 1099 at the end of the year either way) the worst that will probably happen is that my boss cuts me back a day which i don't think will be much of a problem

I'm a full time college student..this term im taking 16 credits...last term i did 15 and it worked out fine

My land lord who is my aunt are way to constrictive...They charge me and my mom cheap rent but they dont mind there own business and are constantly complaining about me for the stupidest things (Like yesterday for instance, my boyfriend had to use the bathroom so i called my mom informed her that my bf will be coming inside for all of 10 mins and they were in the backyard, mom said ok not a problem because shes met my boyfriend several times..so we said hi and w/e went inside...but the window was open and they started curse about how I'm unbelievable and that the first thing tomorrow is that im going to call her mother and have them kicked out...which she has said about 12 times already but has yet to do but they also complain about how i should be quitting my job and going to school full time....but if im going to school full time and working full time and still getting A's in all of my classes whats the problem....and i mean there such hyprocrytics because they act like there children are better than me when obiously there not...im 19 and i accomplished wayy more than there 28 year old son who sell weed for a living because he can't find a job because he dropped outta high school (letting off steam here people lolz).......my mom doesn't want to move but i can't take it any more....The way the house is situated is that they live upstairs and we have our separate apartment downstairs

Currently in my bank account
Checking: 1,300
Savings: 4,500

I also have money coming in from my boss soon
and even if i do decide to move i'm going to wait two months until I. Save as much as I can and 2. Find a place

P.S. I do pay my mom rent but its only about 150 per month which yes i know is cheap but is it worth the headache?
well rent in the area is typically 1,000/monthly for a comforable 1 bedroom which doesn't seem like much of a problem because the way i look at it....If i do move i should be able not have to pay more that 2 weeks paycheck for rent...which isn't really a problem is this situation

As far as the boyfriend goes we've only been together for 2 1/2 years and I really want him to go back to school and finish up his bacholors before we do the move in thing
