Should i mate my rabbit?

My female rabbit is pulling out her fur and making a nest, now she lost a litter a few months ago and i feel she wants to have another one.....should i let her have a litter to get it out of her system or just get her desexed?...ps. she is having one of those phantom pregnancies i think ....no i cant feel any babies inside....
