All of the other people at the skate park lower their seats as far down as they will go. What is the benefit of this? Also, if I should do this too, should I carry around an Allen wrench so that I can adjust once I get to the skate park? Or should I get used to having down all the way whenever I ride? I tried having it down yesterday when I left my house, and if I sat down to pedal, it was very uncomfortable. Basically, why do they do it, and is it worth it?
