Should i lose weight..?

I'm 16 years old, weigh 123, and am 5'6. I workout everyday and eat healthy. But spring break is coming up in two weeks, how much should i lose to look a HEALTHY weight. My goal is 118.
 
I think that's a good weight..you don't need to lose any! Especially if you already workout and eat well! :)
 
You don't have to lose weight i am 5'3 and 129 pounds and i don't need to lose weight
 
You definitely do not need to lose weight, you're perfect! You're a normal weight which means you probably look healthy the way you are. Do some exercises focusing on specific body parts to tone for spring break, and do some weight training. Make your goal maintaing the weight you're at, it;s hard enough because you have stopped growing. Be happy with the way you look!
