I usually weigh between 50kg and 52kg ( 110lbs and 114.4lbs).
i've gained some weight in the past couple of months now i weigh 56kg ( 123lbs). i don't know, i kind of like my new curves but in the same time i'm feeling uncomfortable.
should i loose weight ?
am i considered short?
i used to have a flat and hard stomach but i didn't' go to the gym or anything. i just did between 300 and 400 ab exercises every night before i went to bed without warming up.
now my stomach is still flat but not as hard and well defined as before,i'm planning on going back to that routine, i was wondering if it is ok to do that??
