Should I lock my dog in my bed room and not let her out when she whines?

That does hurt my feelings.She whines and cries so I can open my room door so she can leave and go to my brother's room.When I tell her UP then point my finger at the bed she does go and lay on my bed but then whines and gets off my bed and sits or lays next to my door and stares at me and whines until I open my door and let her out to go to my brothers room.She only sleeps in my room during the day when I sleep late and wake up late and does lick me and exposes her belly to me but why she does not want to ne in my room at night?I bring her to my room with treats and even put treats on my bed but when she is done eating she gets off my bed and wants to get out of my room.She did sleep on my bed at night only 3 times this year but usually only does that in the morning.My dad said don't force her to be in my room and if she is whining let her go. I sometimes lay on her and restrain her so she won't leave my bed and she ends up whining.
