Should i let my kids go to Florida with my in laws?

We had a vacation planned to go to Florida but due to some mandatory school work i cant go. My in laws want to take my kids which are 5 and 3 but i have no idea on what to do. It's for a whole week and my in laws are in their 50s and my sis in law is also going and she's 30, she takes really good care of the kids but i feel weird about letting them go for so long without me. What should i do? Is it a good idea?
Sorry, i gave the wrong impression.
My sis in law is great with the kids, great babysitter as well.
My mother in law not so much, she took my daughter to a birthday party and she came back with a big bump on her forehead. I'm not comfortable with my mother in law babysitting them, i'm worried my sis in law will go her way to do her thing and leave the kids with my mother in law
 
its up to the kids. let them know that their grandparents really want them to go if its ok with them. Kids always have a good time with grandparents they get spoiled rotten !!
