Should I let me 14 year old son take a girl camping?

Well i am not sure if it is his girl friend. But her parents are okay with it, they are both 14, but we are going with 2 other family's. My son and this girl want to be in the same tent to... like they have been really good friends for YEARS so i am thinking it will be okay... won't it??? It is happening in July
