Should I leave my credit union or stay for better rates?

I have been with my credit union for about 10 years now and have been very happy with them as far as their customer service up until recently.

Last year they switch operations managers and everything has gone downhill since. The majority of the staff now consists of young girls in their 20's-30's, there is no personalization when you go in unless you get an original employee, and the bank has added two more branches.

In the fall I received a repo notice on my vehicles I have with them even though my payments are made via automatic withdrawal...come to find out the repo notice was because they lost the titles to the vehicles, however that happened. Then I have loan payments scheduled and they take those out sometimes 3 days early which leads me to having overdraft charges (total of $400 in OD charges last year because of this). And the latest came this past week when they failed to process my online bill payments. Do I stay with good rates or go for good service?
