I was going to learn a new framework, I've learnt Wicket with Java. I don't speak C#, but I am aware that Microsoft's stuff have a great share of the internet and should be learnt anyway, and I've heard that PHP is hard but powerful. I was planning to do a small personal project using whichever I am going to learn, but a guy just asked me if I can upgrade his website, and its in PHP. But he expects that to be done in a few weeks, the work is not that big, the website's already done in Arabic, he just wants to adds an English version. So which should I go for? PHP or ASP ?
