My uncle got me a small Android tablet as a present, and he brought it from Canada (I live in Barbados) It's a Nextbook Premium 7. First off, I found it very strange that it did not come with a pre-installed Appstore - you had to download the Amazon Android Appstore. However, it's not letting me buy anything in the App Store, as it says "The Appstore is not recognized in your region." Plus sometimes it freezes and is a bit unresponsive to touch - you have to press really hard or have your finger on the screen for a while before it responds.
I really would like an iPad, but to be honest, it's a bit pricey. I have experience with the iPad 2 (my cousin has one, and I've played with it) and i really like how it is. Plus, I have an iPod Touch, so I could just sync my iTunes library to it, and use the same payment methods that I use for my iPod. I'm thinking that when the iPad 3 comes out this year, I can buy the iPad 2 when it goes on sale at a lower price. I'd only really buy a iPad 3 if the camera is a LOT better, and it has a lot more upgrades; otherwise, the 2nd version is fine.
So what should I do? Should I keep the Android one, or upgrade to an iPad? Also, should I wait for the 3, or just get the 2? Thank you!
