Should i keep Samsung HW-560S Home Theatre?

This box system cost $300 at Best Buy and is pretty decent, although this is my first system. This system is not dolby true hd or dts hd compatible. If i did get another system i would be the Denon - 3D Pass Through Floor Speaker System but it cost $600. Should i keep the Samsung or exchange for something else at Best Buy?
