My palms --- more specifically the meaty part below my thumb--- have been aching from playing tennis with a new grip. They just ache after I'm done playing and i would have this habit of pressing down on it to loosen the muscles ? I'm not sure what I'm doing to it but it feels like it's working... but the pain hasn't gone away for 2 days now.
Should i just let it be ? Is pressing on it okay or even recommended ?
i don't want answers like consult your doctor.. because i will. some treatments would be nice as well.
