I was having a touch screen problem with my Behold 1 so then t mobile proposed to send me a free Behold 2 in replace of my Behold 1 (they dont make Behold 1 anymore T_T). Of course me i said yes.
So first day I got the phone the problems poured in like fuck.
1. I charged my phone but then it said (charge phone, only 15% less battery)
but after that the battery life has been fine
2. I use calanders on phone A LOT! so when I wanted to 'create and event' on a date and save it, it would do it, but if i tried to create another even on a different date, my phone would erase the previous event i created!!!
3. When ever i make calls, during the call it sounds fuzzy.
4. sometimes during calls while it sounds fuzzy my screen starts too show a fuzzy screen like a television with no signal!! this has happend 4 times and Ive only had this phone 3 days.
5. whenever i unlock the phone the the lock button on the side it takes 8 seconds to unlock and i know i sound prissy but i want a fast phone that can keep up with me.
I love this phone but the problems i hate so much and Ive heard countless of stories on how people have had to get 4 differnt copies of the behold 2 because eahc one is fucked up in its own way!
I have 10 to mail back my old phone so i can keep my new one but now im starting to think i should
just keep my old one even though that problem is trouble some as well!
Help! Should I keep it or return it??
