cigarettes in the floor.? We complain to the office about my neighbor leaving her cigarretes in the floor... The halfway stinks alot. We already complain like 4 times already..Well we complain yesterday... she clean the floor... but this time she left a big bottle...i think its like a big can of soup but of course empty. Instead of her putting like a trash can infront of her door. She left a a big can... She is not supose to have anything in the floors but she does it anyways...oh yeah she brings a guy to her apartment too. I think that guy doesnt leave in the apartments but he moved out with her...this guy is worse than her...he likes twroating trash in the floors... I am so tired of them.. what should I do?
