Should I just do this for my sister without arguing?

My sister is getting married soon. My parents want me to take her and her finace to the hotel after the wedding because my sister is too much of a baby to try to find her way to it WITH a GPS. The hotel is not really close to my house at all. Its in the same direction but thats it. We (my boyfriend and I) are already driving an hour to go to her wedding and now they want us to go sort of out of the way to take her. I know my boyfriend would not want to. He is very anti-babying Megan. I think if she is old enough to get married she should be old enough to find a hotel so I dont want to take her and her bf to the hotel. Should I just shut up and take them or should I say something about this? I think this is ridicuouls that they would even ask this of us. She is still living at home with her boyfriend and everything and my parents always do crazy things to baby her so I know they would get mad if I say no. But I am so sick of having to do stuff I should because she doesnt wanna grow up. I dont know what to do.
Just because you get married doesnt mean you are growing up. Plenty of young people want to play house. And I am also VERY bad and finding places but I have grown up enough in life to not rely on other people when I have all the means to do it myself.
She lives with my parents because she has only had two jobs in her life and they havent lasted for more the 3 months. Her husband doesnt work either and just plays videogames all day. She makes my mom do everything, clean her room, make her food, call to scheduel doctor appointments for her. She is very much still a child. I have told my parents they are being ridiculous. They tried to do that with me and fought my way out to be independent but my sister loves the way they treat her so she will never grow up.
 
I'm gonna tell you something you don't wanna hear, but understand that it's really only the occasion.

Yes, you should just do it. It's their wedding. What their asking really doesn't sound that bad. Hopefully their "love is forever." This is supposed to be a special day, maybe you could make it extra special and act like you're a limo driver and put some champagne in the back seat. It's her special day, and you should help make it that.

Now as a side note, she doesn't sound like she's ready for marriage. In other cultures, it's completely normal to be in the parents' home until you get married, and if that's your family's culture, that's fine. But in the U.S., it's more often the case that if you're still at your parents' house when you're getting married, then you really aren't ready. You should be financially sound before you take on that kind of life-long responsibility. But that's not entirely your business. Your sister is technically old enough to make that decision, and it sounds like your parents approve. You can and probably should talk to your parents about how they treat her and her lack of responsibility. But in the end, this is her special day and you should be there for her "for better or worse." As her sister, you are technically more permanent to her than her husband.
 
instead of making this about her, you need to make this about you, you were asked a pretty simple thing. its not about babying anyone, its about doing something nice, and come on, i know plenty of people that get lost easily (including myself) WITH a GPS system. so its NOT uncommon...if you are going to have a negative attitude, then dont take her, but youll have to deal with whatever family will think negatively of you for not doing such a simple thing.

i say take her because its doing something nice. you are her sister, sisters go out of their way sometimes to do something nice for their other sisters. its just the way things goes.


ps: she is obvioulsy growing up....shes getting married for heavens sake! how is that NOT growing up...and think about it, now if she needs anything she has a HUSBAND to do it for her.
 
I think that you should say something about this. Don't let people push you around...it IS ridiculous that you are being asked to do something like that. And you are right. If she's old enough to be getting married, she should be grown up enough to find her own way there.
