Should I join the UFC gym and take MMA classes with no or occasional sparring?

Two UFC gyms have opened up in CA. It's like a regular gym but they have MMA, muay thai, and BJJ classes.

I called in and they said there is no sparring in the MMA and muay thai classes. They just hit mitts and thai pads with a trainer for exercise.

I ask if the BJJ class has as much sparring as a regular BJJ school. They said they have occasional "positonal sparring." I don't know what that means, but I guess it means they have very controlled sparring instead of all out grappling.

They said they don't want to be known as a fight club but just a regular gym with a MMA slant.

Should I join? I already have a gym membership for $30 a month. The UFC gym is charging $110 a month. It's not a bad deal since it's already a regular gym plus I can get martial arts classes in the same place.

However, I do wish the BJJ class to be at least the same caliber as a regular BJJ school otherwise I'm wasting my time.

Anyone have experience with the UFC gym?
here's there site ufcgym.com
