Should i join the army?

Well i've had a hard life i droped out of high school at 17 because my family was having a hard time but i was in special education because i had a reading disability i read and forget but im really smart but i though since i was in sped ill just pass anyways so i was just like fuck it so i really didnt learn alot while in high school and i wanna take my GED and im hoping to pass it on my first try but idk and if i get my ged ill have to make a 50 or higher on my asvab and i took my asvab in high school last year i made a 29 on it and u need to make a 31 or higher on it if ur in high school but im thinkin it will be very hard for me to get a 50 on it so what do u think i should do should i still try and strive to join the army?
 
I think you should try if you can make it in. Its really cool, I have a learning disability too, but if you can't read because of your disablitity then your gonna have a hard time getting in. Dude, if You can get in do it! you need the experince!

If it's what you want to do you should work towards getting to your goals and accomplishing what you want to accomplish! I hear they have a book for the ASVAB called ASVAB for Dummies I've seen mention of it here on yahoo answers you might want to check into it to help improve your score! Don't be hard on yourself if you don't get the GED on the first go you may want to take it in sections and not overload yourself since you have a reading disability.
