i want to lose 20-30 pounds. i really dont like sports, but i could deal with volleyball.
the only thing is volleyball is a fall sport, so its too late and i have to wait until next year. plus the tryouts involve running 3 miles everyday for 5 days. then practices. obviously i will work out and such to get healthy this year, and i hope i lose the weight. but would joining a sport really help me get healthy?
