Should I invest in GM?

I realize that its currently in the shitter, but i figured when ill be working in 10-15 years and like half the population is retired (baby boomers) the buick sales will skyrocket, and may make up for the huge social security taxes ill have to endure
 
Your plan seems perfect. Except you forgot about the part where GM files for chapter 11 bankruptcy and all of the baby boomers can't afford cars and are stuck working as greeters at Walmart because they were laid off from their high paying jobs, and they hope that their minimum wages from Walmart will allow them to keep their homes from foreclosing because they can no longer afford to pay their skyrocketing mortgages on houses that are worth half of their original purchase prices.


But other than that, your plan is flawless.
 
the government is NOT going to let GM fail. Invest in it, see how everyone is scared of the stock, thats what ya go after!
