should I include my high school under education on my resume?

I'm 24 and my only highest level of education is high school so far but I plan to go to college within the next two years for graphic design.
And while in high school the last 2 years I attended a Career Center for commercial arts how would I include that?

How should I list my education and is there a way to let employers know I plan to attend college?

Also considering what my education is so far should I have it at the top or the bottom of my resume?
