Caesar? George H Hitchings

I have a copy (I believe 1917) of Julius Caesar. It has all sorts of markings and initials from George Hitching's including his address from Seattle inscribed from within. Including his strange initial artwork... Should I sell it? Can I sell it?
This is a possession I haven't been willing to give up, but I am in need at the moment.
I know I asked this a few times, but those were during shutdown hours and I didn't get a reply.
