Should I / How do I include these items in my resume?

I am in the Honors Program at my university. It requires about 30 extra hours of coursework and an undergraduate thesis. How would I include this? Also, should I include hobbies? My name has an accent (é)- should I include it in my heading? I don't think the accent is on my birth certificate or any forms of ID, but I write it with an accent. Thanks for your help and Happy New Year!
