I got in a car accident a month a go, and it was the other driver fought who was 77 years old. I got minor injury, and am currently visiting a chiropractor. I live in Florida, and the accident happened in Florida. I have no insurance and I have bills coming in from the hospital, should I hire an attorney? Would I be able to get the other person insurance to pay the expenses? Please help. I’m about to hire an attorney, but I’m worried about the expenses, as I’m a student who does not have any money.
Should I hire a Lawyer because of the care accident?
