I am 14 years old and I hurt my back on thursday playing tennis and after researching the symptoms i found out it was my sciatic nerve.
I have been resting in bed since then and have only got out when necessary.
I want to know if it would be ok to go back to the gym today, as I have a tennis tournament on sunday and I need to get some fitness back.
So would it be ok to go, and if so are there any particular execises I should do.
