Don't think i'm some overweight person who never goes.
I went yesterday and did about a hour in the gym and today i got another chance to do so. I won't get another chance till this sunday since i'm working non-stop.
So if i don't go today then i will have only been twice this week but i'm not gaining weight but loosing it since my job is quiet physical labor.
It all honesty, i feel like just taking a easy night off since i've been waitoring in college today and feeling lazy. I've only consumed about 1300-1400 calories so far today as well.
Aside from that, if i do go to the gym, then i need to do a 30 minute walk to the gym and another back home and i will be only there for another hour. If i wanted to do weights, i could just do my 5kg dumbbells and 10-20 minutes of ab work outs.
Can someone help me decide.
