Should I go to sports practice if I have a

cold?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? i'm 15. i've been sick for like 2-3 days. i have a break from sports practice for the next 3 weeks, but we can still go workout. i wanted to go yesterday but i didn't because i was feeling too sick. but i really want to workout!

i have a sore throat and runny nose. but it's not that bad. pretty much the only thing i'm worrying about is that snot is going to be running all over my face! and that i'm going to start coughing and sneezing while working out.

it's going to be INTENSE and like pushing my physical limits and sweating until i'm soaked. i want to go. should i go?
 
No you should`nt really especially if your temp is anyway high as this can increase your heart rate an unhealthy rate an can also stress out your body more than it already is with a cold.
