should i go to school tomorrow? (sick)?

i've had a really sore throat that has been getting progressively worse over this past day. i relaxed in bed for most of the afternoon after school and it didn't really help much. i have much pain swallowing, a slight headache, but my throat is the worst. am i actually sick? if this is just a minor thing then i don't want to miss school over it
